Nicola Peltz Confirmed As ‘Transformers 4’ Female Lead

It looks like the fame female lead role in Transformers 4, which Megan Fox played in the original three Transformer films, will be filled by up-and-comer Nicola Peltz whom has recently been cast as a series regular on A&E’s Bates Motel; but she is most known for her role in M. Knight Shayamalan‘s The Last Airbender.

Peltz will be playing Mark Wahlberg‘s daughter and, most likely, the inevitable love interest of Jack Reynor‘s character.




Transformers 4 picks up after the end of Transformers: Dark of the Moon after a battle left a city broken, but the world was saved by the Autobots.


In Transformers 4 Autobots and Decepticons have all but vanished from the face of the planet.  However, a group of powerful, ingenious businessman and scientists attempt to learn from past Transformer incursions and push the boundaries of technology beyond what they can control – all while an ancient, powerful Transformer menace sets Earth in his cross-hairs.  The epic adventure and battle between good and evil, freedom and enslavement ensues.

Transformers 4 will be released in 2D and 3D on June 27, 2014.
